Vaughan Condo Townhomes
Home to the amazing Canada's Wonderland (a major amusement park), as well as a large shopping mall called Vaughan Mills, not to mention the fact one of southern Ontario's most important highways (the Highway 400) runs right through the middle of the city, Vaughan is a city filled with opportunity and a chance for one to truly enjoy themselves. If you are interested in one of the Vaughan condo townhomes for sale, you will find that, no matter which one you choose, they'll all be close to the city's best amenities (and this is thanks to the major roadways that run throughout Vaughan in a manner similar to a spider's web). When you become the proud new owner of a condo townhome, you ONLY own the home though; you do not also get the land it's sitting on as part of the final purchase. The land is owned by a condo corporation, and any alterations that would be made to the land or the townhome require approval from them first. However, upon becoming the proud owner of a new condo townhome, you will also be joining in a "fellowship" of other condo townhome owners; namely, joining in a sense of community.
It would be more than worth it to be able to take any of the major roadways from whichever of the Vaughan condo townhomes for sale you chose (as they are all close to at least one major roadway), as utilizing them can bring you right to the heart of the city's best amenities. At the intersection of Jane Street and Rutherford Road, you will be able to have prime access to Vaughan Mills (the shopping mall mentioned previously) and the huge number of amenities both within and outside of it. Some of the examples of these amenities include a large number of fast food places/restaurants, a pharmacy, a couple of banks, a couple of grocery stores, a gas station, a couple of coffee shops, and a vast number of other stores that are sure to be of great interest to you. One of the biggest aspects of Vaughan is not only the presence of Canada's Wonderland and the Vaughan Mills shopping mall, but also the fact that the Highway 400 can take you south right into the city of Toronto so that you can have all the fun in the world with those amenities, then come back here at day's end.
On the topic of transportation, driving your own vehicle around Vaughan isn't the only option for travel from any of the Vaughan condo townhomes for sale. You also have the GO transit system, which runs through the Rutherford and Maple stations in the eastern part of Vaughan, and you also have the TTC subway system; the final and northernmost stop on Toronto's popular subway line sits at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (just south of the Vaughan Mills shopping mall) at the intersection of Jane Street and Highway 7. This is called the "Metropolitan Centre", as the most important roadways in the whole city intersect right here: you have Jane Street meeting the Highway 7 AND the Highway 407 (a toll highway), and you also have both the Highway 7 and Highway 407 meeting the Highway 400 not even a city block away. You also have The Colossus Cineplex Cinema on Colossus Drive (which can be accessed from Highway 7) just west of these intersections. Adding even more to this place, you have a wealth of even more amenities gathered at the intersection of Weston Road and Highway 7 of the same type as listed above, but a greatly different sort of variety.
