Vaughan Condos
The city of Vaughan is experiencing an incredible rate of growth, with more and more people choosing to settle down here for the fact that it's not as congested as a place like Toronto, but still is a fairly large metropolitan area that contains plenty of amenities and recreational activities readily at your fingertips. If you go ahead and invest in any of the Vaughan condos for sale, then you will be able to fully experience the incredible lifestyle that can be had by hanging your hat here. Thanks to the immense number of major roadways that stretch throughout Vaughan, you will have the immediate benefit of being able to access all of the amenities of the city no matter where in Vaughan you chose your condo. You also have the Highway 400, which runs right through the middle of Vaughan and is one of the longer highways in southern Ontario, stretching from northern Toronto (it turns into Black Creek Drive in North York) all the way up towards the Kawartha Lakes and even beyond, allowing for an incredible distance of travel if you ever felt like taking a trip out to Lake Simcoe or simply out into the countryside.
If you are in Vaughan and looking for the best spots for shopping, you needn't look any further than the intersection of Jane Street and Rutherford Road; there, you will find so many amenities, you might not be able to get to them in a day. The shopping mall of Vaughan Mills is present here, right next to the Highway 400, and both inside and outside the store, you will find a huge volume of amenities. Examples of these amenities include a HUGE number of restaurants/fast food places, a couple of coffee shops, a pharmacy, a couple of banks, a post office, a couple of grocery stores, several boutiques, and dozens of other stores that are sure to be of great interest to you. If you find that, even with all of this, you are still not entirely satisfied with the amenities that Vaughan has to offer, from whichever of the Vaughan condos for sale you chose, you can travel south on the Highway 400 into the city of Toronto in relatively short time and take complete advantage of literally any amenity your mind can think of both in the downtown core (with places like the Eaton Centre) and uptown.
Travel is very easy from any of the Vaughan condos for sale, as the major roadways of the city serve to make this an utter snap. Weston Road, Jane Street, Islington Avenue, and Keele Street are the major roadways of Vaughan heading north and south, while Rutherford Road and Major Mackenzie Drive are the major roadways heading east and west. You also have, as an added method of transportation, the Maple and Rutherford GO train stations, which can take you to virtually any part of southern Ontario's Greater Toronto Area. You also have a vast wealth of public transit bus stops scattered throughout the city of Vaughan (in the event that you wish to travel via another method), while there is ONE TTC subway station in Vaughan, and that is the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre station, located at the south end of Vaughan near the intersection of Jane Street and Highway 7. From the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre station, one can take the TTC subway system and access virtually any part of the city of Toronto and even parts of Scarborough and the edges of Etobicoke, as well as getting right downtown all the way to the famous Union Station (which doubles as a VIA and GO train station as well).
