Vaughan Freehold Townhomes
If you are looking for the ultimate in urban amenities but without the congestion of the city of Toronto, then you would be none the wiser for investing in one of the many charming Vaughan freehold townhomes for sale. Freehold townhomes differ from other townhomes because, when you make the final purchase (albeit at a higher price), you will become the proud owner of both the townhome AND the land it sits on. You also will not be tied to a condo corporation that has the final say on what you are and are not allowed to do to the land or the townhome itself. Freehold townhomes also usually come with a single-vehicle garage inserted into the bottom of the structure for conveniently being able to park your own vehicle. No matter which of these freehold townhomes you would choose, you will find that the major roadways of the city make it very easy to be able to access all of the city's best amenities without having to worry about inconveniences. Most of Vaughan's major roadways connect to each other so well you won't get lost or confused in any sense of the word when trying to find the best shopping.
Speaking of shopping, while there are an inordinate number of amenities scattered throughout the city of Vaughan, the city has two definitive "centers" for shopping: the intersection of Jane Street and Rutherford Road, and the intersection of Weston Road and Highway 7. Between these two intersections, there is literally almost nothing you can't find. Shopping malls, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, a post office, a plethora of restaurants/fast food places, coffee shops, boutiques, gas stations, an LCBO, a theater, auto shops, and so many other storefronts that you couldn't possibly hope to experience it all in just a day. However, if for some reason Vaughan does not offer the amenity you are looking for, you do not need to despair; whichever of the Vaughan freehold townhomes for sale you chose will be within easy access of the Highway 400 (which runs through the middle of the city); taking it southward into Toronto will give you the ability to have a daytrip experiencing all of the amenities that can be found there, but at the end of the day, you will be able to come back to the comparative peace and quiet of the city of Vaughan, back to your freehold townhome.
There are also plenty of alternative transportation methods for the city of Vaughan besides one's own vehicle. In leaving whichever of the Vaughan freehold townhomes for sale that you will have chosen, you will be able to access the city's public transit system (of which there are numerous stops all across Vaughan). You will also have prime access to the GO train stations in eastern Vaughan, namely the Maple and Rutherford stations...and you will also have access to one TTC subway station. This subway station is the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre station, and is the northernmost stop on Toronto's entire subway system; using this subway station can allow you to access the city of Toronto with marvelous ease. You also have the Highway 400 which, aside from giving you access to Toronto, can also be taken northward to get way out into the countryside (and even as far away as the cities of Barrie and Orillia) for a weekend trip. At the end of this trip, you'd have the ability to come back to the amenities and enjoyment of the city of Vaughan, and to your freehold townhome, where you'd be able to relax close to the urban scenery of it all.
